Ubiquiti Prague office is looking for a product support analyst who shares our passion for innovation and technology and desire to do something extraordinary. This position will enable you to participate in a software development team with worldwide impact by providing application and technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of the product via the community forum (written form only). This position serves as a support liaison between company and customer in a highly team oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Resolves client application questions or problems in the area of system set up, product functionality and product enhancements.
- Involved in bug reporting and any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
- Manages workload effectively following Support Procedures.
- Responsible for appropriate referral to other team members, provides feedback to developers, testers, content writers, etc.
- Contributes information to the Knowledge base and documentation,
- Helps with release notes, maintains product page, FAQ, etc.

Knowledge and Experience you need:
- Excellent in written English.
- Another language is a plus.
- Customer Service oriented mindset.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
- Good writing and editing skills which enable you to provide written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.
